Theatrics

TV Series

Based on personal experience writing and acting on the long-running day-time medical series Casualty, Theatrics is a new spin on the work place sitcom that places a group of antiheroes in the role of heroes, all desperately resuscitating a dying TV show.

With actors and actresses recently exiting from long runs on TV soaps — we can’t imagine a better time for Theatrics to find its way to the small screen as the comedic retelling of a long-suffering lead actress who just can’t break out of her role, with the creator of the show drawing inspiration from her own lived experience in a medical drama writers room.
